Welcome to NEXT GEN AI SYSTEMS (a property of CREATIVES). By accessing our services, downloading, testing, or purchasing our production-grade AI Prototyping Environments, you agree to the following Terms, Privacy Practices, and Operational Safeguards.

1. Data Collection & Privacy Policy

We value your operational privacy.

• Information We Collect: When you register for demo access or request custom AI model deployment, we collect minimal operational data, including business email, contact details, and technical environment parameters required for prototyping (e.g., system specifications, Docker, or WSL2 compatibility logs).
• Usage of Data: Your data is strictly used for provisioning AI model agents, processing access credentials, and delivering system documentations. We do not sell or share your proprietary operational workflow data with third parties.
• Telemetry & Execution Tracking: For free demonstration builds, system logs may automatically track execution counts solely to enforce demo usage limits.

2. AI Prototyping Evaluation & Demo Access

To ensure complete transparency and verify compatibility with your plant/factory architecture, we provide functional demonstrations before any commercial transaction:

• Free Demo Limits: Users are granted up to three (3) free execution demos per prototype model. These demos allow full testing of system compatibility, execution performance, and logic flow within your environment.
• Evaluation Responsibility: It is the user's sole responsibility to test, audit, and confirm the system's operational suitability during these free demo executions.

3. Commercial Deployment & Execution Limit Removal

• Product Handover: Upon successful execution of the demo and subsequent purchase/acceptance, we deliver the exact same prototype codebase and architecture, with the execution count limit removed.
• Scope of Deliverables: Our contractual responsibility ends upon the successful delivery of the fully functional, unlimited prototype model/code, and complete system documentation/integration guides.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• As-Is Delivery: All AI prototypes, scripts, Python/Docker configurations, and automation workflows are delivered "AS IS" and "AS TESTED" during the demonstration phase.
• Plant & Operational Disclaimer: NEXT GEN AI SYSTEMS and its parent entity CREATIVES shall NOT be held liable or legally bound for any post-deployment incidents, plant equipment failures, CNC machinery downtime, operational losses, data corruption, or safety hazards occurring within your facility during or after the prototyping period.
• No Post-Handover Liability: Successful execution during the demonstration phase constitutes full acceptance of the prototype logic by the client. We provide no express or implied operational guarantees once the system is deployed on client infrastructure beyond the provided documentation.
